1. Introduction
Agh! There's nothing more boring than a list of terms and conditions. But they're a necessary evil, so we suggest putting on the kettle or pouring a glass of Laylo if you plan to read the whole lot.
First up, please read these T&Cs carefully. They shouldn't change much, but we won't keep a copy specifically linked to your purchases and can't guarantee that previous versions will be accessible in the future.
When you buy from our website, we are legally required to supply goods "in conformity with the contract". Nothing in these T&Cs affects your statutory rights if the goods are faulty or not as we described. You can ask advice about your rights from your local Trading Standards Office or Citizens' Advice Bureau.
We may change these T&Cs at any time by posting a new version on our website or, if big changes are made, by emailing a copy to you. If you have any questions, just email hello@drinklaylo.com.

2. Age verification
By creating an account and/or placing an order you are confirming that you are 18 or older. It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
If our delivery partners are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request ID. If the person receiving the wine is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately we will be unable to leave the wine.

3. Pricing & promotions
All the prices on our website are in pounds sterling, and include all applicable duty and VAT. We usually also include the cost of delivery in our pricing, but will make sure that this is clearly stated in order to avoid any confusion or nasty surprises.
We will always try to display the correct prices on our site, however it's possible that the occasional error will be made. In the event that a product was incorrectly priced prior to purchase, we will contact you directly to see whether you'd still like to go ahead with the purchase.
We reserve the right to alter our prices without notice due to market conditions, changes to duty or other similar circumstances. We also reserve the right to end promotions or special offers at any time, without notice. Multiple discount codes or offers are not permitted in the same order. 

Any promotional campaigns e.g. free box campaigns, are strictly limited to one per customer. 

4. Pre-orders
We will usually give the opportunity for Laylo customers to pre-order our boxes before they've arrived in our warehouse. We only create Laylo boxes in small batches, so this is to make sure our email subscribers get first dibs!
If you'd like to place a pre-order, we'll ask you to pay for the wine upfront. We'll specify when to expect your delivery and any extra perks.

5. Cancellations
It's your legal right to cancel your transaction within 14 days of receipt of goods, provided they remain in perfect condition. You do not need to give a reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
In order to cancel please email hello@drinklaylo.com and we will organise collection of your wines.
It is your responsibility to hold onto the wine and take reasonable care of it until we come to collect it. Once we have confirmation that the wines have been collected we shall reimburse the price of the wine within 7 days.
