2. Where do you ship to?

Firstly the good news... We deliver throughout the UK mainland,

Unfortunately we don't currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Eire, off-shore Scotland or the Channel Islands.

3. How much does delivery cost?

Standard shipping is £2.99.

Delivery is free on all orders of 2+ boxes, or if you spend over £60. Our caps also include free delivery - please note these will be delivered separately to wine and can take 5-7 working days to arrive. 

4. How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are delivered to standard postcodes in 1-2 working days via Yodel.  For deliveries to Northern Ireland, remote Scottish postcodes and offshore islands this may take a day or two longer to arrive. Once your wine leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to follow the progress of your delivery. During busy periods, such as Christmas, delivery may take slightly longer.

For pre-orders we'll state an estimated delivery date on the product page. Once we are 100% confident that there are no delays, we'll be in touch via email with confirmation.

5. What happens if my wine is damaged or goes missing?

We'll do our absolute best to make sure that your wines reach you in perfect condition. But occasionally things might go wrong. If your wine is damaged or fails to arrive please get in touch with us at hello@drinklaylo.com with more information.

It may take up to 3 working days to investigate your order with our delivery partner before resolving the issue so please bear with us. If you’ve purchased ProtectMyOrder we’ll aim to resolve the issue and dispatch a new order within 1 working day.

If we are unable to dispatch replacement goods within 7 days we will offer you a full refund.
